People play the role of planters or farmers. they plant the word of god in other people`s hearts, when they share the word of God with them. After sharing the word, it seems like the job is out of their power- They do not know what happens, but eventually, the earth, God, gives power and life to the seed, and at the end, when the fruit is ready ''At the end of our lives, God gathers us to our rest-As parents, we have a job to do-begetting children-but once they are out of our wombs, growth, development, knowledge of God, is the work of God, and in the short span of our lives on earth, we are under the faithful care of our God, until we are ready to depart, and he gathers us to our Fathers. What role, if any, do people play in growing the field of God`s Kingdom? We have to plant the seeds ''Word'' in the minds of the people. Some do the watering and nuturting as the seed grows and God brings the increase. This seed can then be used to further spead the message of the kingdom of god when its mature ''ripe''.
